Description Handmade in the mountains of the Fribourg region using fresh milk from eight local farms. This unpasteurised cow’s milk cheese has a very complex flavour, full of sweet caramel notes and a rich nuttiness. Matured for 12 months. Please note all our cheeses are hand cut, therefore the weights listed are approximate, and you will be charged for the exact weight of cheese you receive.
