I really love the simplicity and clean flavors of this dish. The sauce is a bit caloric, but the EVOO is very high quality. The meal is otherwise very lean, so it’s still quite balanced with the sauce, but if you’re in a cut you can always leave it out and use something else you have on hand (honey mustard, yogurt-based ranch, hot sauce). I actually only needed to use half of it for the flavor. Save the other half to drizzle over something else at a later time (breakfast potatoes ��). Another very solid meal ��
