Description A modern winery in Sonoma County using ‘supple, high-intensity fruit that will integrate harmoniously into a blend where the whole is so much greater than the sum of its parts’. Created in 2014, the team at Angels and Cowboys draw on both traditional and progressive winemaking techniques to achieve bold, standout styles of blends. A rich and complex wine with red berries, plums and bramble fruits on the nose. The palate is luscious with ripe cherries, figs, and savoury meaty notes. Ageing in French oak barrels brings layers of vanilla and toasty hazelnut to the palate. Silky yet firm tannins and a generous length.
