Wignac is a small, family owned and run producer based in the French Ardennes. They produce a range of three natural and organic ciders using 100% French pressed apple juice. They do not add any sugars or sulphites and source all their ingredients from France. Minimum age of ten years between barrel and bottle, one of the longest processes in the world. Aromas and flavours of strawberries, autumnal leaves and fresh leather mingle with darker notes of bramble fruit and a hint of blackcurrants, sweet spice and dried chamomile flowers. Ripe and yet compact tannins lead to a long, smooth finish.
