Today, Jameson is still crafted at our Single Distillery in Midleton, Co Cork, Ireland, following the tradition of our founder. We meticulously select the finest ingredients and triple distill them to achieve our signature smoothness. Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended masterpiece. We start by combining the best pot still and fine grain whiskeys, then triple distill them, not out of necessity but out of a desire to enhance their smoothness.
